Chefman: Natural Stoneware Slow Cooker

Big Ideas. Small Appliances.

The Chefman brand is all about adding real life value, providing you with the kitchen tools you need to make your life easier and more efficient. The heart and soul of what makes Chefman appliances special lies in the relentless drive to give you products that keep to the highest quality standards, with functional yet innovative design, and fashion forward styling.

We’d like to think that it’s our hard work that has led to Chefman becoming the fastest growing small appliance brand in the country, pleasing millions of families in just a few short years, but in reality, it’s you who we have to thank for our success. It’s your trust and support that keep the gears churning; your feedback that fuels the desire to constantly stay ahead of the market with fresh features, daring designs, and of course preposterously low price points. So thank you for putting your trust in us, and for coming back time and time again. In return, we continue to bring you incredibly value packed appliances to enrich your personal kitchen experience.

The Chefman Natural Stoneware Slow Cooker is not just a healthier way to slow cook – it’s an easier way to cook anything! The 100% natural stoneware insert is made with a revolutionary material that is naturally non-stick, coating free and contains 75% less lead than traditional slow cooker crocks. Our insert does not contain PTFE, PFOA, or any of the added chemicals found in typical crocks. This naturally non-stick crock is oven and stovetop safe, and can be used to sauté, sear or steam foods over an open flame; re-heat or roast foods directly in the oven; and of course as a typical slow cooker for decadently delicious slow cooked dishes. The insert can go in the refrigerator and is dishwasher safe – stress free food storage and clean up.

Chefman, a brand created under the RJ Brands name, was founded by Ralph Newhouse and Jack Adams with their insatiable drive to create innovative and unique household products. Chefman's humble roots started in 2012 as a third party reseller and it quickly, Ralph and Jack realized the ultimate dream of creating their own products instead. Despite the saturated and competitive appliance market, Chefman found their footing and quickly grabbed the attention of stores and consumers alike. The unique and eye catching designs had their attention, and the features and quality of the products grabbed their loyalty.

Chefman is one of the fastest growing brands in the market because of the collective hard work and dedication of the Chefman team to continuously challenge the status quo of what innovation is all about.

About Us :

Established in 2010, The Paleo Foundation was first organized for the purpose of helping Paleo Diet Adherents easily identify products that met the basic tenets of the diet.  Since then, thousands of products have been certified through the Certified Paleo, Paleo Approved, Paleo Vegan, and Paleo Friendly Certification Programs.

100% of  Paleo Foundation revenue is generated through Paleo Certifications. We do not accept donations, corporate sponsorships, or financially benefit from the sales of any paleo certified products, product giveaways, or partnerships with industry contacts or retailers for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of an impartial certification standard.

How we determine Paleo Certification Standards:

The Paleo Foundation develops Certification Standards from a mixture of input from various experts in the Paleo Movement, community input, and from logically and critically assessing arguments for the inclusion or exclusion of specific foods. After all, the Paleo Diet is a theoretical template, and therefore logic must be taken into account when making determinations for an entire community.

Paleo Approved, Certified Paleo, Paleo Friendly, and PaleoVegan Certification Programs:

Each Paleo Certification Program has a different set of standards. For the absolute strictest standards, Paleo Approved certifies farms, ranches, and single-ingredient products. Certified Paleo, the most popular of the Paleo Certification programs certifies products that contain Paleo Diet ingredients, but have some 21st century processing methods allowing for shelf stability. The Paleo Friendly Program allows for products that are generally regarded as gray-area products such as kombucha, dark chocolate, and even grass-fed dairy.
