Almond Cookies are a wonderful combination of almonds and coconut flour! The almond flavour is light and subtle. Those cookies are delicious and have no added sugar! They are sweetened with Swerve and a hint of vanilla which makes these cookies a perfect keto sweet craving treat. Our Story

Otari Kobalia came to Canada in 1996 with his family, after immigrating from Georgia and leaving his birthplace of Sukhumi. He was a mathematician, yet life took him on a different route, and he started experimenting with different business ideas. After many adventures and trials, he decided to stick with what he liked best: immersing himself in the creative process. Glutenull was founded in 2011. It is a gluten free certified, vegan and non-GMO verified bakery. Catering to a wide range of diets, Glutenull also produces Keto Certified, Paleo and Raw products.

The Bakery

Many of his family and friends were looking for gluten free breads that could be trusted and enjoyed. He wanted to create a bread that was not lack luster in taste just because it is healthy. Being a vegetarian since his early 20’s, Otari has always been interested in nutrition and the natural living.

All of the products at the bakery are also vegan and refined sugar free (we only use low glycemic organic agave syrup). Thus with renewed energy and passion, the creative processes started flowing again and GluteNull is proud to bring you delicious, organic, gluten free products!

Nutricious & Delicious

As a vegetarian since 1980, I have learnt to source my energy from super foods and developed a palate for a wholesome diet. Thus, unknowingly I also became an inventor of a future project in my life that is now Glutenull Bakery. Although the emphasis of Glutenull is on gluten free and vegan production, it is so much more than that and at the same time, so much simpler. It is just ‘good food’ – natural, nourishing, ethical and delicious.

What certifications do your products carry?

Answer: We are certified: non-GMO, Gluten Free, HACCP Organic*. We are also: Raw Vegan Yeast Free

I am celiac, are all of your products guaranteed gluten-free?

Answer: Our bakery is a gluten-free zone and all of the products we produce are 100% gluten-free. Our products and manufacturing facilities have been tested and certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, an industry leader in in the verification of quality, integrity, and purity of gluten-free products.

How should I store Glutenull breads?

Answer: Keep them in a shaded, cool area or freeze them. Since our products contain no preservatives, we suggest you slice our breads and store them in the freezer. They freeze very well for up to 3 months. However, they can sit on your counter top covered with a clean dish towel for up to a week.
