Easy Paleo Dip Recipe

October 1, 2015 0 Comments 8927 views

Some of the best recipes are simple, take almost no time to prepare, but add life and flavor to our favorite dishes. Like this Paleo, Dairy-free dip that is perfect as a salad dressing or sauce on top of your favorite protein, like lamb kebabs or cucumber salad. Light, refreshing, and it’s made with Certified Paleo Yogurt from CO YO!

Ingredients:

1 Container of CO YO Certified Paleo Yogurt

1/2 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves

1-2 Garlic Cloves (depending on your taste)

Sea Salt to Taste

Directions:

Place garlic and mint in a food processor, pulse until smooth. Add to a cup of CO YO until evenly blended.

About CO YO:

CO YO is the dairy-free yogurt that has taken Australia and England by storm – that is now available in the United States! CO YO is made from the freshly squeezed cream from the whole flesh of the coconut. 98% pure coconut –  in fact, it takes more than one whole coconut to make a small tub of CO YO.  CO YO  is 100% dairy free, is gluten free, dairy-free, lactose free, and soy free. And because it’s made from plant-based cultures, it’s suitable for both vegetarians and vegans, too. Everyone wins! And the taste? It’s is incredibly creamy with the great, fresh flavor of coconut.

Don’t know where to find this magical, Certified Paleo yogurt? CO YO has a store locator!
