Everyday Salad Dressing

Everyday Salad Dressing

September 8, 2015 0 Comments 5777 views

Looking for a simple, everyday salad dressing you can whip up whenever you need it? Well, look no further. This is an excellent dressing that’s made with only five ingredients and can go with just about any salad type. Don’t buy dressing from the store. Make it up fresh and easy whenever you need it. Or make a big batch and keep it in the fridge to have on hand whenever you need it. Just don’t buy it from the store.

This recipe makes about 2 cups of dressing so you can store any leftover dressing in the fridge in a container or a bottle. Or feel free to adjust the recipe to make as much as you want. Just adjust the amounts above and keep the proportions of each ingredient the same.

Ingredients:

Makes about 2 cups

• 1/2 cup Kasandrinos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 cup Kasandrinos Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/4 cup mustard
• 1/2 cup pickle juice
• 1 Tbsp honey
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

1) Simply mix all of the ingredients well in a bowl or large measuring cup with a whisk and serve fresh on any type of salad.
