Seasoned Paleo Tortilla Chips
Tortillas Chips and Salsa. Tortilla Chips and Chili. Tortilla Chips and Guacamole. These Paleo Tortilla Chips give the crunch to and texture to some of our favorite pre-game foods that we’ve long lived without. But oh no, not this time. We’ve got the tortilla chips game on max. So enjoy this tortilla chip recipe that also gives a bit of a kick that fits nicely into your Paleo Lifestyle.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup tapioca flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ – ½ cup water (1 tablespoon at a time)
- Coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Combine the flour and the seasonings
- Add ¼ cup water to the dry ingredients and blend
- Adding one tablespoon at a time, continue mixing until you have a thin batter
- Heat an iron skillet on medium-high
- Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil & ensure the pan is hot
- Working quickly, drop in a ladleful of the batter while tilting the pan to spread the batter to coat the pan
- Cook for a few minutes and flip
- Transfer to a baking sheet in the oven to dry out
- Repeat until all the batter has been used
- Cut the tortillas with a pizza cutter and return to oven until ready to serve

How is this Paleolithic at all?
How is using technology Paleolithic? It’s a root! Used in paleo/primal foods sometimes and on gameday I’d make it as a treat!
When I combine the tapioca flour with water it turns into Oobleck. Why is this??
