Some may just tell you that bone broth is just a fancy word for beef, pork, or chicken stock— but any seasoned Paleo person knows better.
It’s not a new food by any means, but bone broths have made quite a comeback as many food bloggers, TV show hosts and celebrities from Chef Tom Colicchio to Al Roker swear by it and say that the vitamins and minerals you get from roasting and simmering the bones for a few hours alleviate joint pain, boost the immune system, strengthen hair and nails and even rejuvenate hair.
You can see that with the reported benefits why so many would be flocking to make their own. Unfortunately, sometimes these can fall flat in the flavor department and just be a messy headache. Luckily for those of you reading this, we’re going to give you a tip:

Merriam Webster defines food as “something that nourishes, sustains or supplies.” That can describe so many things. So many things in life “nourish, sustain and supply” us. In my case, it’s actual food. Food is more than just mere calories and energy for our bodies. Food is love, food is life, food is happiness. Food, good food, is created in love and gives love.
